FIRST BORN® Operations Manager – 20-30 hrs/wk

The First Born® Program of Los Alamos (FBPLA) is accepting applications for an Operations Manager position for 20-30 hours/week. The hours are flexible and much of the work can be done from home. 


The Operations Manager includes Administrative, HR, IT, Marketing, and other miscellaneous duties.

The position requires excellent organizational and computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Zoom, and Adobe programs. Tasks include but are not limited to a variety of administrative office duties such as purchasing and organizing inventory and materials, database entries, tracking and maintaining office equipment, maintaining employee records, and preparing for meetings.  Duties also include marketing, managing social media posts, press releases, and basic website management. 


Maintaining confidentiality, ability to pass a background check and a non-smoking home are required. Los Alamos County resident or someone with work experience in Los Alamos preferred. Bilingual is a plus.
