Our sleep coaches work holistically to support families with their child's sleep concerns. By supporting individual goals, we help create sleep plans that best meets client's needs.
Our certified lactation counselors will be available to answer all your breastfeeding, pumping, and feeding questions. They can also perform weighted feeds to help assess how much your baby is taking in during a feeding. Staff will be available to assist with any additional questions you may have.
Our Certified Passenger Safety Technician (CPST) is a trained professional who offers personalized guidance on selecting, installing, and correctly using car seats to ensure children travel as safely as possible.
Our babywearing experts provide hands-on guidance to help families safely and comfortably wear their baby while learning how to use different types of carriers.
Our Infant Massage Specialists provide hands-on guidance to help families learn gentle massage techniques that nurture a baby’s physical, emotional, and developmental well-being.
We offer Family & Friends CPR/First Aid classes for families participating in our program. These classes teach the basics of adult and pediatric CPR and First Aid to help caregivers respond confidently in an emergency.
Our trained Circle of Security Parenting Facilitators provide individual and group classes that help caregivers recognize and respond to their children’s emotional needs, strengthening relationships and fostering secure attachment.
FBPLA offers a prenatal retreat designed for expectant families, providing helpful guidance on breastfeeding and newborn sleep for the early days at home.
We offer a variety of support groups for families with children from pregnancy through age 5. These groups are a great place to meet other parents, talk with our home visitors, share experiences, and enjoy getting out of the house with your little one.
